Soft Credit Check
A soft pull (no credit score impact) establishes baseline credit history. The pull appears as your store name — not a third-party lender.
Cash Flow Verification
Customer securely connects their bank account through a read-only integration. We analyze actual income, expenses, and cash flow stability. The consent screen shows your name.
Real-Time Decision
Our model combines credit and cash flow data to produce an instant approval decision. More customers get approved — including those FICO-based models would decline.
Contract & Closing
Retail Installment Sale contract, TILA disclosures, and Reg Z documentation are auto-generated and signed at the point of sale. The contract is between the customer and your store.
Servicing & Payments
Your branded servicing affiliate handles billing, statements, and payment reminders. All customer communication comes from your brand. Reclaim Capital powers the platform behind the scenes.
Remarketing Loop
As customers pay reliably, Reclaim identifies those with unused capacity and past good-payment customers ready for their next purchase. We remarket them exclusively to your store.
Performance Rebates
As your portfolio matures, returning customers require less underwriting effort. We pass those cost savings back to you as performance rebates — your effective program cost decreases over time.
